Tina Costianu Joined A.R.C. group in July 2015, with the role of Head of cleaning division,Tina was our very first cleaner now responsible for all our cleaning contract which include several schools, offices and private properties.
Tina today is responsible for a team of 6 cleaners ensuring all team is trained, instructed and supervised.

He will closely monitor each division of the business and support customer needs and queries. Yasmin Stevens joined A.R.C. Group in 2018 with the role of Deputy Operations Manager
Yasmin works close to Natalie to develop the organisation operation strategy in line with achieving the company delivery target and in doing so play part in driving the business forward.
Yasmin goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company operation to facilitate acceleration development and long term success.
Natalie Clemson joined A.R.C. Group in January 2017 with the role of Operations Manager, Natalie Will ensure the organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth efficient service that meet the expectations and need of customers and clients.
Natalie also is a mastermind of liaising with other team members, including interacting with managers of different areas of the organisation, presenting findings to stakeholders and higher management as well as training supervising new employees and tracking measuring staff performance.
